只有(E)选项将“eliminate……”、“consolidate……”和“use……”用一个“and”并列在一起，形成了正确的“A，B，and C”平行结构。不仅如此，recommend属于“bossy words”之一，其后的从句应使用省略“should”的虚拟语气，在GMAT考察的标准书面语中“should”如果不省略则存在语义重复，因此(A)、(B)、(C)中的“should”是多余的。
