选项分析：

(A)that, in turn, create unconscious physiological responses

【正确】定语从句“that……create unconscious physiological responses”跳跃了“in an individual”来修饰名词“reactions”，这种跳跃修饰是可以接受的，因为“individual”只能用“who”引导的定语从句修饰，所以“that……create

unconscious physiological responses”可以毫无歧义地跳跃修饰“reactions”。
